Refund/Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: All cancellations must be submitted in writing to kim@tooeletileclub.com. Note of cancellation must be received at least 24 hours prior to the start time of your registered class, open play, league, tournament, or private event. Refunds: Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance of your event will be eligible for a 100% refund or credit towards another event. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time will forfeit the full registration fee and are not eligible for a refund or credit. Reschedules & Transfers: In some cases, and at our discretion, we may allow you to transfer your registration to another class or event if space is available. Please reach out to us at kim@tooeletileclub.com to inquire. Private Events: Private event cancellations must follow the same 24 hour notice rule unless otherwise agreed upon in a written contract. No-shows will also forfeit the full registration fee.
